Zero stars; this place is ridiculous and out of control. I walked in to get a simple fluid service and their 'mechanic' wasn't there, so the guy told me he can make me an appt for later on when he arrives. I went back at my appt time, only for another employee to tell me he wasn't there and he told me to find 'elsewhere to go' didn't offer for me to wait (if he was running late etc). I decided to go sit and wait for a while; that's when things got extremely suspicious. 2 more customers arrived AFTER me and NONE were told they didn't have someone to work on their cars! The guy comes back up to me (in a real rush, wanting me to leave) telling me that, I shouldn't wait any longer because even when the mechanic arrives there's 2 ppl AHEAD OF ME!! I'm certain he was lying the whole time, didn't want to service my car and was making up BS left and right! If his mechanic arrived late I would been next because I had an appointment booked AND was there BEFORE anyone else arrived!! Unbelievable the type of "service", deceit and lack of respect for ppl's times! this place is absolutely disgusting. I will advise EVERYONE to stay AWAY!!

The customer service at the Pep Boys location in Henderson on Boulder Highway was excellent. Michael, who was at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. And the mechanics that I talked to were also honest and knowledgeable and not intimidating. It was a great experience and I would recommend this Pep Boys on Boulder highway in Henderson Nevada if you ever need car repairs or oil changes or anything having to do with your car. Thanks Pep Boys!

I've taken my Fiat 500 Pop to Pep Boys on Boulder Hwy in Henderson, NV for maintenance and repair of various things over the years. The staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable, and they've always provided quality repairs and had me on the road again quickly. From routine oil changes to more difficult repairs and replacements of parts, I have always had a good experience with the team at my local Pep Boys.

Friendly and knowledgeable service! Took good care of me after getting a flat tire on the freeway. The manager, Jaron, was polite & helpful and went the extra mile, even got me one with matching white walls! 🙂 Much appreciated!!!

UPDATE 7/8/25: stars increased from 2 to 4. after escalating to upper management, i was reached out to by the store manager to have my entire set of hubcaps replaced! very happy with how they look now. only issue is that my tires were unbalanced, but i already got them balanced at a different shop. thanks for making it right. i still think it's a good idea to take pics of your car before turning it over to someone, but that's probably just a smart policy to have. old review: be sure to take pics of your entire car before you bring it in! service was pretty fast, but got my brand new tires looking pretty dingy from the get go, and my hubcap broken. they just told me they didn't break it and since i didn't have photos of my car beforehand they shrugged and said i can't prove they broke it. 🤣 that's craaaazy it's sad because i liked the service i had gotten here before, but i feel so disrespected that i won't be returning.
